The Gielarowski Law Firm, P.C. has over twenty years experience representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle accident injuries and on-the-job injuries, helping them to get the settlements they deserve. Most of our business is generated through referrals, speaking to our distinctive reputation for considerate and experienced representation. We represent clients in Southern Colorado including Colorado Springs, El Paso County, and the men and women who suffer work related injuries at Peterson Air Force Base and Fort Carson.
Hi! Welcome to the Gielarowski Law Firm. I was born and raised in the wilds of Alaska and taught the value of being independent, hard working, and believing in myself from my father who was a successful businessman and entrepreneur.
After receiving my law degree from the University of Denver and passing the Colorado bar, I was soon offered a position at a large law firm in Colorado Springs. It didn’t take long for me to realize that the bigger the firm, the less “attorney” time each client received.
I became a lawyer to personally help people, not pass them off to an army of office staff, who had little or no interest in the outcome of a case. In 1996 I started my own firm as an independent, sole practitioner and I’ve never looked back.
From the very beginning, I knew I needed a small but competent support team to assist me; and I’ve been blessed with two of the best: Office Manager Jessica, and Paralegal Yvonne. Without their capable and dedicated work, the Gielarowski Law Firm couldn’t exist!
Please call me personally with any questions you may have and let me and my team work together to give yo the attention you deserve.

Hello and Welcome to the Gielarowski Law Firm. I have been with Machelle since 2008 and I am the first person you will meet when you walk into our office. I am the Office Manager and I handle a host of tasks for the firm making sure we are a well organized team. I also handle all of the Social Security claims for Machelle from initial applications to preparing each file for hearing. I help Machelle assure our clients get the best possible outcome for their claim.
When I’m not in the office I am very involved in my son’s Boy Scout Troop as an Assistant Scoutmaster.
I am a native of Colorado Springs, however I re-located for several years to Arizona and California. I found my wan back home in 2004 and have been a paralegal in Colorado Springs since then. I am new to the Gielarowski Law Firm, but not to Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, or Probate Law.
I take pride in my work and helping Machelle ensure our clients receive all of the benefits they are entitled to from the beginning to end of their cases.
When I am not in the office I enjoy hiking and spending time with my family.
Did I mention my Office Greeter, Willow, and Director of Client Relations, Deshka? They will meet and greet you at the door when yo come in to meet me. To say this is a pet friendly office would be an understatement. Deshka and Willow create the perfect family environment for our clients. They are here to put you at ease and let you know you are welcome.
Hi! I’m Deshka. When I realized that I was being promoted to the Director of Client Relations, I was so excited! I needed to know more about the position so I pawed on Google and it said “ A director of client relations protects the relationship between the firm and its most important clients”. Since all of our clients are most important, my job is really easy. After Willow officially greets them, I come by to make sure everyone is comfortable.
Hi! My name is Willow. I am in charge of greeting new Clients at The Gielarowski Law Firm. So let me be the first to welcome you! When Machelle promoted me to Official Office Greeter, I was so excited I nearly wagged my tail off! It’s a big job making sure our clients get noticed as soon as they walk in. And that starts with me.
